  • Bible Reading Plan (optional!) * We will focus on Being Brave and Confident this year

  • Weekly, scheduled, Individual one on one zoom meeting or phone call for accountability

  • Group "Sportsyou" App and platform (Like a private Facebook page- Calendar/Events/(Monday Mindset, Tuesday Recipes, etc)

  • Optional/Potential in-person events and online events (mobility, group weekend, hiking etc)

FAQ'S

1. Isn't Michele Yates just a running coach? 

No! Michele has extensive education and experience in all aspects of fitness and life Coaching, however, she was also blessed with the ability to perform and coach at the elite running level. Michele has limited availability and only a small amount of personalized coaching client slots to give her clients 110%! 

​

2. How are the tween and teen aspects different from each other as well as adult women? 

As a personalized program, these age levels are addressed differently based on their individualized needs, their sub-groups, and then also incorporated into the overall group. {For example: A fitness entry level teen who needs help with her nutrition and confidence will be coached a bit differently than a menopausal women who has a demanding job and limited time for fitness as a CEO of a company. }  Both will be included in our SPORTSYOU app, but Michele will help them create a plan of goals, nutrition, fitness, faith, etc that best fits their needs and schedule. 

 

3. What if myself ( adult woman) and my tween daughter both want to participate? Is it the same price or is there a discount? 

Michele loves coaching mom/daughter duos! As a mom of a tween herself, she understands the challenges that may be involved with encouraging your daughter to make self care a priority as well as finding the time for you, mom for self care! Please email michele@sherugged.com for an duo quote based on both of your needs.

4. Do I have to participate on SPORTSYOU? MEETINGS? 

I strongly encourage you to get involved! It's a great place to ask/share questions (after all if you have one, someone else probably has the same one!). It's free, offers notifications so you don't miss out on any private events or offerings! Did I mention there will be posts daily with healthy, easy recipes, nutrition/fitness tips, Bible encouragement and more?! 

​

We want to help you stay accountable! So although weekly, individual meetings aren't required, we hope you would consider at least a 1x a month coaching meeting. Group in person meetings and online meetings will only be scheduled if there is majority group interest. 

 

5. What if I sign up for the 6 months of programming and decide early it's not for me? 

Unfortunately there are no refunds. This is so you can allow the program time to "work," but also because Michele has limited availability and once slots are full, they are full! 

 

6. Can I transfer my programming to someone else? 

Unfortunately, No. As a personalized program, it will be tailored to your needs, macros, etc..

 

7. Can I participate in your other groups? Rugged Running, MMXC Mountain Movers Kids? 

Yes! If you'd like to compete with us a MMXC or Rugged Runner or any of our camps and clinics we'd love to have you! Inquire michele@sherugged.com for more info.

I mentioned at the camp that I’d love to lose 25 pounds and be back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I was averaging 180-182lbs prior to camp, and was encouraged to set goals by “baby steps.” 25 pounds can seem overwhelming and unattainable. So shoot for 5 pounds, and when you lose that, set another 5 pound goal!

If everything I did and learned at camp wasn’t enough, just stepping on the scale at home after camp was super inspiring! I was down to 173-174lbs!!!Being a soccer mom, I told all of the other soccer moms about my Rugged Running experience, and the ripple effect started to happen! A lot of the moms weren’t (and still aren’t) runners, but challenged each other to walk around the field while our boys were practicing rather than sitting around in camping chairs…
